All About The Band

The Burnside Scramblers is a music ensemble located in Sonoma County, California. The band primarily plays the following music genres

Jazz * Western Swing * Classic Country * Blues

The musical styling resembles that of an early to mid-20^th century western string band, mainly acoustic with amplification. We play accessible, uplifting music; great for dancing, for listening, and as a perfect backdrop/soundtrack to your event. Our arrangements are lush yet edgy. From the urban sophistication of “I’m Beginning to See the Light” to the sensitivity of “Sleepwalk” to the gritty fervor of “My Melancholy Baby”, we project playful musical acumen mixed with high energy fun-for-all.

Band members have been playing for decades and are committed musicians who are passionate about entertaining and connecting with their audience. The projection of energy, fun and feeling is backed up by technical ability and hard-earned musicianship.
